Self-Defense Awareness & Familiarization Exchange (S.A.F.E.) is a 2.0-hour introduction to a self-defense program that provides attendees with information, tactics and options, which we believe may be useful for various types of crimes perpetrated against women. While S.A.F.E. is not an in-depth self-defense program, it encompasses information on prevention, options, and strategies as well as some very basic physical defense technique instruction.
Attending S.A.F.E.
